summer 2007 workshop - Janjagamma
Od 1 do 5 August 2007

In the organisation if the Atelje Janja Gora this summer workshop intention is to organise a team of people that are interested in building a woodfired kiln that we are going to call Janjagamma. We would like to join the forces and build that kiln witch we al are going to use in the future to experiment with woodfiring and ash glazing in particular.
Read more about the workshop, and join us if you want to.

If you need some more information please contact us.

Regardless of your participation on this summer workshop, you can join the kiln building team because at this summer workshop we are only going to lay down the foundation and make some agreement for the future building days. It is a big project and we want to do it right, with a good team of positive thinking people who are willing to participate in building. Al the assistance for building is coming from the master teacher and our good friend mister Lou Smedts from Belgium based Ceramic study centre 'The Last House'. Unfortunately he is not able to be present physically, but is lending us a great deal of support and sharing his 30 years of building experience. Thanks Lou.
